Queenstown triple crown long weekend April 2024

Take on the iconic challenge of cycling 3 of New Zealand’s premiere mountains in one day amongst three days of adventures around NZ’s tourism hotspot of Queenstown.

Day 1 - warm up with a stunning ride to Glenorchy and back combined with a cracking trail run

Day 2 - the BIG day: Coronet Peak ski resort, Remarkables ski resort & the Crown Range (both sides) 145km with >3500m elevation.

Day 3 - there will be options of a big trail run OR a 2 stage mountain bike in Queenstown & Cromwell.

Kona Lite May 2024

As well as including the brilliant Kona 70.3 this camp covers every step of the Ironman World Championship course during the week. You will also get a tour of the Big Island including riding and running in the Volcano National Park along with a night in Hilo.

This camp is open to athletes of all levels.

Epic Lite @ Alpe d’Huez Triathlon 2024

Alpe d’Huez is perhaps the most famous climb in the world of cycling. This camp will include a week of incredible riding through the French Aples before racing the Alpe d’Huez Triathlon.

Our camp will start from Geneva with a transfer to Morzine. From there you will swim, bike and run your way through the French Aples including Col Du Madeleine, Galbiere, Izoard, Cornet de Roseland plus lots more...... and of course Alpe D'Huez!

If you've ever watched the Tour de France and wondered what these Col's are really like this is your chance.

Camp Kia Kaha @ Challenge Roth 2025

Whilst not part of the epic camp family, Coach John organises Camp Kia Kaha via the IMTalk podcast. This 10 day camp tours around Bavaria, Germany before concluding with the infamous Challenge Roth Iron distance race. This event should be a bucket list race for all long course triathletes, it truely is a unique triathlon experience with an incredible atmosphere.
