EPIC CAMP "LITE" @ ALPE D'HUEZ TRIATHLON 2024

The Alpe D'Huez triathlon is a bucket list race for many, so why not incorporate the race into an epic week in the French Alpes.

Our camp will start from Geneva with a transfer to Morzine. From there you will swim, bike and run your way through the French Aples including Col Du Madeleine, Galbiere, Izoard, Cornet de Roseland plus lots more...... and of course Alpe D'Huez!

If you've ever watched the Tour de France and wondered what these Col's are really like this is your chance.

This will be a 10 day camp likely starting on July 17th (subject to the confirmed race date for the Alpe D'Huez Triathlon).

The training will include ~6 moderate days with options to go long or short. We will have some fun "challenges" along the way before we ease off into the race in the final few days of the camp. This is not a standard epic camp, there will not be a points competition.

Requirements: for epic camp "lite" we generally say that if you are sub 13hr30 for an Ironman you should be OK however if you are just outside this time range get in touch. The main focus for this camp is you are competent on the bike, are ready for some mountain climbing and come into the camp really fit.
