Our second Epic Camp will be located in the Colorado Rockies....

Goals
- Ride some big miles, while working on our running and swimming
- The camp is timed so that athletes will be able to compete in the Boulder Peak Tri (10 August)
- Break new ground in terms of endurance
- Share elite training strategies in a relaxed and informal environment
- Get seriously fit for a late season IM — camp is appropriate for Canada, Wisconsin, Hawaii and Florida
- Make new friends and have a blast
Scheduled Elite and Coaching Participants (as of 1 January 2003)
- Scott Molina, World Champion Triathlete and Elite Triathlon Coach
- Gordo Byrn, Winner Ultraman Hawaii 2002 and Ironman Coach
- Total camp size is capped at 20 athletes including coaches, elites and you.
- This is a unique opportunity to live and train shoulder-to-shoulder with the best.
- Schedule
- Sunday, July 27 — Athletes arrive in Denver and transfer to Boulder
- Day 1 — Morning
swim, ride to Ward via Lee Hill, return via Nederland and Boulder Canyon,
run Four Mile Canyon,
sleep in Boulder
- Day 2 — Morning
swim, ride to Estes Park via Longmont, Hygiene, Carter Lake,
Big Thompson and Glenhaven
- Day 3 — Ride to
Longs Peak, trail run up Longs Peak picnic area, (optional summit push),
very easy pace down,
return Estes Park
- Day 4 — Ride to
TrailRidge, sleep in Steamboat Springs
- Day 5 — Ride
Steamboat Lake, run up Steamboat Mountain, swim, sleep in Steamboat Springs
- Day 6 — Swim then
ride to Vail, sleep in Vail
- Day 7 — Swim, run,
weights day, sleep in Vail
- Day 8 — Ride to
Aspen, sleep in Aspen
- Day 9 — Ride to
Leadville, big run in Leadville, sleep in Leadville
- Day 10 — Big day,
swim in Leadville then ride to Winter Park, sleep in Winter Park
- Day 11 — High
altitude swim and run day in Winter Park, sleep in Winter Park
- Day 12 — Friday,
August 8 — Winter Park to Idaho Springs, Mt Evans Hill Climb Extravaganza,
return to
Boulder via Evergreen (optional drive back from Evergreen), Celebration

Cost: US$3,250 — Includes everything but mercy
- Airport pick-up and drop-off at Denver International Airport.
- Twin share luxury accommodation from Sunday, July 27th to Saturday, August 9th (13 nights).
- All meals from the welcome dinner on Sunday the 27th to your final breakfast on Saturday the 9th (38 meals).
- Four sports massages — two per week.
- All sports drinks and on-road nutrition.
- On-road support — we will have two vehicles: van/trailer and a Subaru wagon.
